Who is responsible
FIT4WEB LIMITED is the controller of personal information collected through this website. The company is registered in England and Wales under number 07535971. Its registered office is 24 Tippett Drive, Shefford, Bedfordshire, SG17 5RW. This is the legal registered office, not a public or trading correspondence address.
Information we collect
If you use the project planner or contact Fit4Web by email, we receive the details you choose to provide. These may include your name, email address, company, phone number, project type, project stage and the information in your message. The website host may also process ordinary technical information required to serve and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser information and request logs.
How and why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand what you may need, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal and keep appropriate business records. This processing is normally necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or for Fit4Web’s legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers and operating a secure business website. We do not use the enquiry form to make automated decisions about you.
Enquiry delivery
Website enquiries are sent using Brevo’s transactional email service to info@fit4web.co.uk. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, create an unrelated marketing audience or add you to a Challenge Central customer list. Brevo, the website host and the mailbox provider process only the information needed to provide their respective services.
Analytics and cookies
No advertising pixels, retargeting tools or marketing cookies are enabled for launch. Fit4Web has not enabled an optional visitor-analytics product on this staging build. Essential security, authentication or hosting technologies may still be used where strictly necessary to provide the service. See the cookie notice for the current position.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by suppliers that provide website hosting, security, transactional email, mailbox and professional services. Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, Fit4Web expects the provider to use an applicable legal safeguard for the transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up a potential project, meet legal or accounting obligations and maintain appropriate business records. Messages that do not lead to work will be reviewed and deleted when they are no longer useful or required. A more specific retention schedule will be confirmed during the final operational privacy review.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to processing, or receive certain information in a portable format. Email info@fit4web.co.uk to make a request or raise a concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this notice when the hosting, analytics, enquiry handling or other processing arrangements materially change. The date above shows the latest revision.
